No Cancellation, No Return & No Refund Policy

At Thai Naturals India, all our skincare and personal care products are manufactured, packed, and shipped under strict hygiene and quality standards.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched. This policy helps us maintain product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.

Additionally, returned skincare products may be exposed to improper storage conditions, contamination, tampering, or leakage/spillage during transit, making them unsuitable for resale or reuse.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions:
Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

• You receive a wrong product.
• You receive a damaged product due to transit.
• You receive a product with significant manufacturing defects.

Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video for verification to our email : orders@thainaturals.in
